Return and Refund Policy

Purchasing from AREYWAAH indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

According to the company policy, AREYWAAH does not provide a refund/return on any product sold. Products once sold can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.
Items to be exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, and box. Any items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Customers can request an exchange within 4 days from the date of delivery. For an exchange request, customers can email us along with the order number at orders@areywaah.in or contact us on +918178721839.
AREYWAAH does issue a refund/return for its customers only when the desired size of the product is not in stock. Your money will be refunded to your bank account within 4-5 business days.

Refunds are made as follows:

If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking), the amount is credited back to the same account/card from which the payment was made.

In case you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll exchange it with the fresh and original product.


If an exchange has been requested, our courier partner will contact you within 1-2 days of the request. Hand over the product in its original packaging with all tags intact to the courier person.

All rights to accept the return, exchange and refund are reserved by AREYWAAH.

CANCELLATIONS:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Kindly contact us at +918178721839 or write to us at contact@areywaah.in to request a cancellation.
